Jeffrey Chang

Jeffrey Chang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at Guardian Life since November 2014, Jeffrey oversees private equity investments and previously held roles including Managing Director and Senior Director within the organization. Prior to joining Guardian Life, Jeffrey was a Principal at Performance Equity Management, LLC, a global private equity firm, from November 2005 to October 2014. Jeffrey's early career includes positions as Senior Associate and Investment Associate at Thomson Financial, where analytical services were managed. Jeffrey earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from New York University.
