Sanyukta Vaidya is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across multiple esteemed organizations. Currently serving as General Manager and Associate Vice-President of Finance at Guardian Life since October 2018, Sanyukta leads strategy and execution, fostering executive stakeholder connections and facilitating team transitions from the US to India. Prior to this role, Sanyukta was a Senior Manager in Business Finance & Management Information at Fidelity, focusing on financial budgeting, variance analysis, and operational efficiency. Sanyukta's career began at Arthur Andersen/Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in Tax, Regulatory & Business Advisory, where valuable advisory services and business development initiatives were provided. Sanyukta is a Chartered Accountant, having completed the degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1998 and 2002.
