Monika Lessl

Monika Lessl, PhD, currently serves as a Non-Executive Board Member at Gubra A/S and Marienhaus-Gruppe, and holds the position of Senior Vice President at Bayer since 2007, where responsibilities include leading Corporate R&D and Social Innovation efforts. Lessl has a rich history in fostering innovation within Bayer, developing strategies that enhance R&D capabilities in Life Sciences, and managing global strategic alliances with academia and biotech firms. Additional roles include Executive Director at Bayer Foundation and Co-Chair of the Board at Futurium Berlin.
