Rebecca Blankenship

Rebecca Blankenship is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent solutions and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Solutions at Guidant Global and Impellam Group, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in managing and implementing strategies that enhance employment practices for thousands of employees. Prior to these roles, Rebecca held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Bartech Group, where responsibilities included overseeing employment practices, providing guidance for Managed Service Programs, and collaborating with leadership on policy development. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Statistics, and Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
