Nancy Sharpe

Nancy Sharpe, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Executive Human Capital Leader at Guidehouse since March 2024, managing a global team supporting 18,000 consulting employees and developing the HR Roadmap in alignment with business strategy. Previously, Nancy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Celanese, overseeing HR for a Fortune 500 chemical company with 10,000-plus employees. Additional experience includes Senior Director of Human Resources for Air Liquide's Electronics/Semiconductor division, Director of Human Resources at Ricoh Company Ltd., and Regional HR Manager at TATUM Consulting & Management LLC. Nancy began their career as Regional Manager of Staffing at Resource Staffing. Nancy holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Amberton University and a B.S. in Education from the University of South Florida.
