Charlie Sposato

Charlie Sposato currently serves as the Head of Payer Strategy at Guidelight Health since November 2024, bringing extensive experience in healthcare management. Previously, Charlie held the position of VP of Managed Care at BrightView from January 2022 to November 2024 and was the Director of National OptumHealth Strategy at Optum from April 2021 to January 2022. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy at Beacon Health Options, and Manager of Strategy and Development at Beacon Health Strategies. Charlie began a career in construction as an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent at Bovis Lend Lease, overseeing safety and cost control for on-site activities.
