Melaina Neisner

Melaina Neisner is a growth specialist at New Breed since December 2021, possessing skills in strategic thinking, empathy, and communication. Previously, Melaina served as a coach at Pioneer Valley CrossFit, leading classes for both adults and children while fostering a safe and inclusive environment. As head coach at CrossFit Somerville from September 2015 to September 2019, Melaina developed gym programming and ensured safety within group classes. Additional coaching experience includes One Nation Fitness and a role as operations specialist, where Melaina managed membership communications and provided solutions. Earlier career endeavors include a sales position at VIM Fitness and an internship with United States Senator Scott P. Brown, focusing on constituent services with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Melaina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UMass Boston, earned in 2016.
