Gania Rose

Gania Rose serves as the Head of School at Guidepost Montessori since November 2023, following a role as Assistant Director at Primrose Schools from November 2022 to November 2023. Gania has extensive experience in early childhood education, having worked as a Lead Teacher at Rainbow Station, Inc. and LeafSpring Schools from June 2014 to November 2022, and as an Administrative Assistant at Primrose Schools from July 2013 to June 2014. Previous positions include Assistant Director at Minnieland Academy from August 2011 to February 2013 and Assistant Director/Academy Director at La Petite Academy from April 2003 to May 2011. Gania Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Arizona, and is recognized for implementing engaging learning experiences, conducting professional reviews, maintaining student records, and enhancing enrollment and revenue growth through effective team leadership and customer service.
