Keith Gruen

Keith Gruen is an accomplished executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in conscious leadership, team dynamics, and organizational development. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Hailyard, Coach in Residence at Techstars, and Executive Coach in Conscious Leadership at Guild Education, Gruen has also contributed as a retreat coach across various Techstars accelerator programs. With a rich background that includes owning MeetMindful and working as Managing Director at Energize Colorado, Gruen has supported numerous organizations and educational institutions, including the University of Colorado Boulder, where Gruen has served as a guest lecturer in multiple departments. Gruen's educational credentials include a Ph.D. coursework in Business Statistics and an MBA in Organizational Development and Growth Analytics, all from the University of Colorado Boulder.
