Tyler Blackman

Tyler Blackman is an experienced mortgage professional currently serving as the Director of Reverse Sales Support at Guild Mortgage since July 2023. Previously, Tyler held the position of HECM Specialist at Cherry Creek Mortgage, LLC, where responsibilities included assisting senior homeowners in achieving retirement goals and managing a robust pipeline of clientele. As the Founder of Mortgage for Seniors, Tyler created an online resource to demystify the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage program. Tyler's career also includes roles as a Residential Mortgage Loan Consultant at Open Mortgage, LLC, and as Sales Team Lead and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Live Well Financial, where expertise in various mortgage products and management of sales teams were established. Educationally, Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego.
