Deborah Napper

Deborah Napper is a Board Member at Guilford County Schools, and has been a registered nurse for over eight years. Deborah has experience in emergency medicine, home health care, and legal nurse consulting. Deborah has a passion for helping others and advocating for patients' rights. Deborah is a strong leader and an experienced nurse who is dedicated to their work.

Deborah Napper began their educational career by earning their high school diploma from Freedom High School. Deborah then went on to earn their Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Piedmont Community College. Napper also holds certification from the American Heart Association in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor and basic life support instructor.
