Shrenik Salguna

Shrenik Salguna is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in various IT roles. Currently serving as an Information Technology Business Partner at Gulf Cryo since October 2020, Shrenik focuses on organizational change and digital transformation through innovative solutions such as PowerApps and workflows. Previously, as an Information Technology Systems Analyst, Shrenik managed system integrity, security, and performance while leading significant projects like the ManageEngine ServiceDesk+ rollout. With prior experience at Alamar Foods Company as a System Administrator Specialist, Shrenik developed IT ServiceDesk systems and championed the adoption of Office 365 tools, achieving a high first-touch resolution rate. Earlier roles include IT System Administrator at AlNapedh Technology and Technical Support Officer at Convergys, demonstrating a solid foundation in systems administration and technical support.
