Joanna Roddy

Joanna Roddy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR governance and learning and development, currently serving as Manager at Gulf International Bank since September 2022. Joanna has been a Shadow Board Member at the City HR Association since June 2020. Previously, Joanna held the position of Head of Human Resources at Jordan International Bank PLC from April 2018 to September 2022 and served as a Global HR Business Partner at InterSystems from December 2013 to April 2018. Joanna's career began at HSBC, where roles progressed from Trainee Financial Adviser in 1999 to Area Sales Manager, leading teams to deliver exceptional client service to High Net Worth individuals. Joanna holds a BSc in Economics, Political Science, and Government, as well as CIPD qualifications in HR Management.
