Yazan S. Maragha

Yazan S. Maragha is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in governance and corporate law. Currently serving as a Senior Legal & Governance Officer and Board Secretary at Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC since September 2020, Yazan has been certified by the Dubai Financial Market. Previous roles include General Counsel at Drake & Scull International PJSC and Legal Advisor positions where responsibilities encompassed drafting legal documents, corporate governance reporting, and coordinating with regulatory bodies. Earlier in the career, Yazan worked as an Attorney at Law, conducting legal research and preparing for trials, and began as an advocate trainee at Nabeel Law Offices. Yazan holds a Bachelor's degree from Amman Al Ahlyyeh University.
