A. Akgün Altuğ is one of the founders of ARMA Filter AŞ, which produces spare parts and accessories for the automotive, white goods, and electronics industry, and KARYA Park Fidancılık Company, which operates in the field of outdoor ornamental plant cultivation, started his business life in Istanbul after graduating from the industrial vocational high school. With his entrepreneurial personality, he opened up to his managers the idea that they could produce the part used in the production of white goods and imported from abroad in Turkey, and he turned to the businessman.

With the company they established with their friends in 1988, they are still producing in many fields, especially filter systems, and have achieved many national and international successes. He also has many degrees in the field of tax record keeping and export in recent years in Sakarya. Their companies, which are among the top 500 companies in Turkey, provide employment opportunities for 3,000 people. ARMA today; continues its activities in 5 different countries with its production and warehouse facilities in Dusseldorf, Germany, Fabriano, Italy, USA California Los Angeles, Poland, and China.
