Haizhou Li

Haizhou Li is a highly experienced engineering professional with a Ph.D. in Biosystems Engineering/Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and System Architect at Gunwerks, LLC since May 2018, Haizhou has a proven track record in product structure, design, and timely delivery, successfully launching five products while managing an additional four in the pipeline. Prior to this role, Haizhou held key positions including Director of Electrical System at Revic Optics, where the first generation smart rifle scope was developed, and Director of Product Development at SilencerCo Weapons Research, where collaborative efforts defined critical product scopes. Additional experience includes senior engineering roles at TrackingPoint, Inc., and SciUp Instrumentations, as well as academic positions as an Assistant Professor at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and a Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee.
