Melanie Stern has extensive experience in product development within the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Product Development for Pizza at Gustavo Gusto GmbH & Co. KG since July 2019. Previously, Melanie worked at OSI International Holding GmbH as a Product Developer from June 2017 to June 2019 and completed a Master’s thesis at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in 2016-2017. Earlier roles include an internship in research and development at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, where responsibilities included developing product recipes and conducting tasting preparations, as well as a student position at Senf Pauli. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Food Processing from Hochschule Fulda and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
