Whitley Lamontagne

Whitley LaMontagne has extensive experience in training and development within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Training at gusto! fresh bowls & wraps since January 2020, Whitley has held several key positions including Assistant Director of Training & Development and Training and Professional Development Manager. Prior experience at Panera Bread from May 2010 to January 2020 included roles such as Regional Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Supervisor, highlighting expertise in managing training programs, café operations, and human resource processes. Whitley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Kennesaw State University.
