Alyssa Thelen

Alyssa Thelen is an experienced professional in talent development and recruiting, currently serving on the People Team at Gusto since September 2024. Previously, Alyssa worked at Tandem as a Learning Group Leader, guiding managers through accelerated learning programs to enhance essential soft skills. Alyssa's earlier tenure at Gusto included roles in Learning & Development and Recruiting, where the focus was on manager development and building the Denver office. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Recruiter at TubeMogul, Inc., and as an Account Executive/Recruiter at Betts Recruiting, along with a significant role as a Senior Field Campus Recruiter at Target Corporation. Alyssa holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Utah and has also studied at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
