Jordan Robinson-Stark

Jordan Robinson-Stark possesses extensive experience in customer service, benefits management, and team leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Affinity Group Co-Cleark and Sr. Benefits Account Manager at Gusto since September 2019, Jordan oversees benefits onboarding and provides customer support throughout their benefits journey. Previous roles include Founding Partner at Resistencia Coffee and multiple positions at REI, where collaboration and enhancing customer experiences were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes customer service roles at Cascade Designs, Starbucks, and Glenmoor Country Club, as well as retail and childcare positions in earlier career stages. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Seattle Pacific University.
