Tracie Kelly

Tracie Kelly currently serves as the Head of Environment at Gusto, where leadership of the Environment Team focuses on enhancing operations and delivering inclusive workplace experiences. Previously, at Uber, Tracie held positions including Director of Global Workplace Strategy and Director of Workplace + Real Estate for the Bay Area, overseeing strategies for physical space utilization and employee engagement. Tracie also has experience as the Global Head of Workplace Design, leading a team to create standards and manage global projects for effective office environments. Earlier career roles included Interior Architectural Designer at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP and Design/Appraisal Associate at Bass and Bass Interior Design Ltd. Tracie earned an MFA in Interior Design from Florida State University.
