Peter Kaplan

Peter Kaplan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and training industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Guy Carpenter since December 2017, Peter previously held the position of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Financial Examiner/Analyst II at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation from March 2015 to December 2017. Experience also includes serving as a Helicopter Overwater Survival Instructor and Safety Officer at Survival Systems USA, where Peter developed training programs and established safety protocols. Early career roles encompass Sales & Marketing at Survival Systems USA and Insurance Consultant at The Hartford, coupled with a foundational role in Guest Services at Pelican Grand Beach Resort. Peter holds an MBA from Florida State University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Arizona State University and Moravian University, respectively.
