Leo E. Guzman

Leo E. Guzman is the current Chairman at Guzman Energy. Prior to this, they were the Chief Investment Officer of Gulf Investments Company from April 1982 to June 1985. From March 1980 to March 1982, they were the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions Division of Merchant Banking Group at The Chase Manhattan Bank, NA. From March 1976 to March 1980, they were an Associate in Corporate Finance at Lazard Frères & Co. Lastly, they were a VP and Lending officer in Petroleum Division of Corporate Bank at Chase Manhattan Bank from January 1972 to March 1976.

Leo E. Guzman has an MBA in finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in operations research from Columbia Engineering. Leo is also certified from FINRA in registered securities principal, options principal, municipal principal, financial and operations principal, compliance officer of NYSE member firm, supervisory analyst, commodity futures principal, etc.
