Arend Rutgers

Arend Rutgers is an experienced professional in the public transport sector, currently serving as Leveranciersmanager EMS at Translink since February 2023, managing the relationship with the Payment Service Provider EMS for the OV-betalen program. Since July 2019, Arend has also held the position of Marktimplementatiemanager for the Studentenreisproduct at Coöperatie Openbaar Vervoerbedrijven UA, coordinating the migration of students to the new OV-pas. Arend's project management expertise includes significant roles in various companies, such as EBS, GVB, and Connexxion, focusing on the implementation of innovative OV-Chipkaart products and systems. Inpro interim- en projectmanagement, founded in 2002, serves as Arend's consulting platform.
