Raechell Dickinson

Raechell Dickinson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Deputy Director of HR Operations for Gwinnett County Government since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing compensation plans, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement for an organization of nearly 6,000 full-time positions. Previously, Raechell held the role of Deputy Director of Benefits Strategy, developing a comprehensive benefits strategy and overseeing vendor management. Additional experience includes roles as HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, and Benefits Administrator at Chase Professionals/National DCP, and as a Human Capital Analyst at Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare. Raechell began a career in HR at Franklin County Children Services, progressing from HR Assistant to Personnel Aide.
