Philip Gunn

Philip Gunn is an experienced professional in asset management and accounting, currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at GWL Realty Advisors since March 1997, overseeing a $6 billion commercial portfolio in Southern Ontario. Previously, Philip held positions as Controller at Toronto College Park Ltd, where responsibilities included managing the accounting department and financial reporting, and as Assistant Controller at The Dorchester Corporation, focusing on departmental supervision and financial statement preparation. Philip began their career as a Project Accountant at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, handling general ledger maintenance and variance analysis. Academic qualifications include a Real Estate Broker degree from OREA College and a CGA designation from the Certified General Accountants of Ontario.
