Abena N. Bondah, MSc, CHSP, serves as CEO and Lead Consultant at Gemstone Marketing & Business Consulting, where innovative strategies are employed to address management, sales, marketing, and revenue challenges in the hospitality industry. Additionally, since September 2021, Abena has been a member of the Women in Leadership Program Advisory Council at The George Washington University, focusing on topics such as emotional intelligence, work-life balance, and effective communication. As a partner at BONRIGHT® Home Health Services since April 2020, Abena advocates for customized, high-quality home health care services. Abena's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Sales & Marketing for several prominent hotel brands from 2003 to 2015. Abena holds a Master of Science in Business with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Cape Coast.
