Sevinj Mammadova

Sevinj Mammadova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and educational initiatives. Currently serving as a Consultant at The World Bank and a Program Director at The George Washington University, Sevinj has previously held key roles such as Program Manager at the Partnership for Finance and Development, Language and Culture Facilitator at Diplomatic Language Services, and Project Manager for a joint initiative by the U.S. Embassy in Baku and the Ministry of Education in Azerbaijan. With a strong background in managing educational programs and developing strategic partnerships, Sevinj has also worked at institutions such as SOCAR and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. Sevinj holds a Doctoral candidacy in Education Policy from The George Washington University and has a diverse educational background, including experiences at multiple universities.
