Pam Weier

Pam Weier is an experienced professional in community affairs and project management, currently serving as a Community Affairs Specialist at H.B. Fuller since October 2019. Prior roles include Campaign Associate at Community Shares of Minnesota and Project Specialist with Dahl Consulting at Coloplast Corporation, where project-specific tasks were performed. In earlier positions with Dahl Consulting, Pam also acted as a Marketing Communications Specialist, enhancing content efficiency within the Wound and Skin Care division. A significant portion of Pam's career was spent as Associate Director at the Minnesota Environmental Fund, managing workplace giving campaigns for over 100 worksites and supporting local environmental organizations. Previous experience includes volunteer coordination at the National MS Society and developmental assistance at Wilderness Inquiry, along with community education coordination at Greater Twin Cities United Way. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and African-American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
