Courtney Weiland

Courtney Weiland is an experienced risk management professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Risk and Controls Leader at H-E-B since January 2022, Courtney has previously held significant positions such as Director of Policy Risk and Governance at Alight Solutions and Director of Risk & Controls at Aon. Early career experiences include roles as a Security Risk Management Analyst and Client Security Manager at Hewitt Associates, as well as an HRIS Analyst and Manager at Exult and Air Liquide America, respectively. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Southwestern University, awarded in 1997.
