H-Kore Series: An innovative workout performed on a state of the art Megaformer machine. It is specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely. Guaranteed to challenge your endurance and get your muscles shaking!

CircuitKore Series: A powerful and comprehensive workout combining strength and high intensity training components creating a fun, challenging and heart pumping class. 

YogaKore Series: An active, mindful and energetic flow combining static postures with dynamic transitions. This class strikes the perfect balance of strength and stability.
