Jodi Homa

Jodi Homa is currently serving as the Director of Energy and Carbon Reduction Solutions at H.T. LYONS, Inc., a role commenced in July 2024, focusing on leading a team to address energy challenges and promote sustainability. Prior to this position, Jodi was a Program Manager at CMC Energy Services from August 2021 to August 2024, overseeing the implementation of multiple energy efficiency programs in New Jersey. Jodi's experience also includes a tenure as Key Account Manager for Business Services at PPL Electric Utilities, where responsibilities included customer education on energy programs and sustainability goals. Jodi has also worked as an Account Manager in Retail Natural Gas Sales at Talen Energy and as an Energy Services Account Manager at Ht Lyons, where a strong emphasis was placed on sales, marketing, and project development in energy engineering. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1990 and 1995.
