Dylan Berge is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr Operations Manager at H&A Farms since August 2024, Dylan previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at BinStar and Director of Operations at Resale.com, where oversight included fulfillment centers and retail facilities, alongside process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Amazon, where the first sort center in Utah was successfully launched, and Site Manager at DJJ-The David J Joseph Company, focusing on operations, supply chain, safety, and financial planning. Early career experience includes service management at Browns Auto Sales & Repair and Lugo Auto Repair Inc. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lake-Sumter State College.
