Richard Burtner

Richard (Rich) Burtner, CCP, CSCP, currently serves as Faculty and a member of the Experts Council at Hacking HR since September 2023, while also holding the position of Sr. Director, Compensation at Edward Jones. As a Founding Member of CREW since January 2023, Burtner brings extensive experience from leadership roles at The Adecco Group (2018-2023), Santander US (2017-2018), Santander Consumer USA (2016-2017), American Express (2010-2016), Comerica Bank (2007-2010), Citigroup (2001-2007), and First USA Bank (1998-2001). Educationally, Burtner is pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law at Tulane University Law School, holds an Executive Master's in Human Resource Management from Cornell University, and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Management from Park University.
