Jinger Zeng

Jinger Zeng is an experienced professional in community management, contest design, and technological innovation. Currently serving as a Contest Manager at Hackster.io, Jinger Zeng fosters connections among makers globally. In addition, Jinger Zeng is a Board Member and Treasurer for the Open Source Hardware Association, contributing to the strategy of the non-profit organization. Previous roles include Artist in Residence at FUSE33 Makerspace, Business Development Specialist at Techstars, Community Manager at Dronecode, and partnerships and community roles at Auterion. Jinger Zeng co-founded Dronesmith Technologies, managed engineering projects for a net-zero solar powered home at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and operated a consulting firm specializing in construction defect forensics. Jinger Zeng holds a Master in Design for Distributed Innovation from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and a BS-MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
