Amy Salerno

Amy Salerno is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in global talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as SVP of Global Talent and Culture at Haddad Brands since August 2013, Salerno also founded and has been president of The HR Department, a consulting firm specializing in HR support for small and mid-sized businesses. Previously, Salerno held significant positions including VP and Head of Human Resources for Esprit North America, where management of HR operations spanned 90 stores and over 2000 employees, and Director of Human Resources at UNIQLO, where establishment of HR functions included developing competitive benefits and a comprehensive training program.
