Thorfinn Gjerde

Thorfinn Gjerde has extensive experience in health, safety, and environment (HMS) leadership and advisory roles across various companies. Currently serving as HMS-leder, HMS-rådgiver, and HMS-koordinator at Hæhre Entreprenør since August 2018, Thorfinn also contributes as a Kursinstruktør og HMS-veileder at AOF Telemark Vestfold since October 2013. Previous roles include HMS/KS/YM-LEDER at BERTELSEN OG GARPESTAD AS, where oversight of HMS/KS and external environmental matters was conducted for the Ny E134 project, and HMS-veileder for MONCOBRA SA during the Bamboo SS1Q project. Early career positions include roles at BioTek AS, Union Bruk, and Norske Skog Union, with responsibilities ranging from process operation to laboratory duties. Thorfinn completed education at Studieforbundet AOF Norge between 2016 and 2018.
