Nicholas Sheffield

Nicholas Sheffield is a Partner and Managing Director for the DACH Region at Hakluyt & Company, a global strategic advisory firm, since November 2016, where responsibilities include advising multinational corporations and investors on critical business opportunities and risks. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as Director & Chief Representative in Beijing at Rothschild & Co from August 2005 to September 2016, focusing on M&A advisory in the resources sector. Nicholas also holds a position on the Steering Committee of the Rothschild & Co Alumni Network. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at the British Chamber of Commerce in China and an internship at Lazard. Nicholas Sheffield earned an M.Sc. in Economics from The University of Edinburgh and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from The University of Manchester.
