Ruby Deelen

Ruby Deelen serves as the Head of Documentary and Producer at 100% Film and Photography since March 2023, with key projects including documentaries "REGRETTING MOTHERHOOD" and "BLUSHING EARS." Prior to this role, Ruby held the position of Editor in Chief and Commissioner at VPRO from September 2016 to March 2023, overseeing multiple documentary and television series, such as "NAAKT VOOR DE KLAS MET DE SEKSZUSJES" and "SOCIAAL TRIBUNAAL." Earlier experience includes roles as an Intern Production Assistant at Submarine Channel, focusing on virtual reality and interactive documentaries, as well as contributions to various production roles in other companies. Ruby holds a Master of Arts in Television and Cross-Media Culture from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Media and Culture from the same institution.
