Shailendra Ghuryani

Shailendra Ghuryani has over two decades of experience in the chemical engineering sector, currently serving as Licensing Manager at Topsoe since September 2008, focusing on green and blue technologies. Prior positions include Group Manager, Chief Engineer, and Deputy Chief Engineer at Engineers India Limited from September 2005 to August 2008, and Senior Process Engineer roles at both Triune Energy Services Pvt. Ltd. and Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited. Notable achievements include the review and commissioning of a 1350 MTPD ammonia plant and expertise in modern plant operating systems, energy optimization, and plant turnaround execution. Shailendra Ghuryani holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, complemented by additional studies at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
