Aziz Ahmed

Aziz Ahmed is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries. Currently serving as the Value Stream Lead - Head of Operations at Haleon since July 2022, Aziz is responsible for the P&L of the Vitamin Value Stream, which significantly contributes to the country's overall financial performance. Aziz previously held the same title at GSK from June 2016 to July 2022, where key accomplishments included managing production operations and enhancing site efficiency by reducing lead time through E2E mapping. Prior experience includes a role as Operational Excellence Lead at Novartis, successfully implementing Six Sigma projects, and recognition for achieving operational excellence during tenure as a Process Engineer. Aziz's educational background includes an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration and an MEng in Industrial Engineering and Management from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology.
