Monika Moirinho

Monika Moirinho is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA at Haleon since July 2022, previously holding the position of Talent Acquisition Business Partner at the same company. Prior to Haleon, Monika contributed to GSK from August 2016 to June 2022 in various roles, including Resourcing Business Partner for EMEA in Consumer Healthcare and Executive Search Lead. Monika's earlier career includes significant roles at Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate in the Life Sciences Practice, as well as positions at Sharpstream Life Sciences as Principal Consultant and Executive Search Consultant, and at CTER as a Researcher. Monika holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II and has pursued post-graduate studies in Human Resources Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
