Srimathi Srinivasan

Srimathi Srinivasan is an experienced professional in technology management and program leadership, currently serving as Director of MA&D at Haleon since July 2022. Prior to this role, Srimathi held the position of APAC Integration & Divestment Lead at GSK Consumer Healthcare, where responsibilities included leading the joint venture between Pfizer and GSK's consumer business and overseeing the entity's carve-out from biopharma in the APAC region. Srimathi's earlier roles at GSK involved modernizing technology solutions and ensuring compliance across multiple countries. With a strong background in program test management at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and experience in testing at ING Australia and Infosys Technologies Ltd, Srimathi has a solid foundation in both technology implementation and quality assurance. Srimathi holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
