Cesar Molina

Cesar Molina is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and civil engineering. Currently serving as Lead Client Advisor and Business Development Manager at Halff since July 2020, Cesar focuses on identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing clients in the Ft Worth, Frisco, and Richardson offices. Prior to this, Cesar had a distinguished 23-year career at the City of Carrollton, progressing through roles such as Director of Engineering and Director of Transportation, where responsibilities included overseeing department operations and staff management. Cesar began a career in engineering at the Texas Department of Transportation as a Traffic Engineer, applying expertise in traffic operations and modeling software. Cesar holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
