Lee Williams

Lee Williams, PE, RSP1, currently serves as the Transportation Team Leader and Project Manager at Halff since June 2019. Prior to this role, Lee was a Professional Engineer at the City of Fort Worth from October 2018 to June 2019 and worked as a Transportation Engineer at Halff Associates between March 2017 and October 2018. Lee also held the position of Executive Director at the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce from October 2014 to March 2017 and was a Project Manager at the Tennessee Department of Transportation from December 2003 to October 2014. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Memphis, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
