Michael D. Cooke

Michael D. Cooke has extensive legal experience, serving as Of Counsel at Hall Estill since June 1980. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of General Counsel at WilTel Communications from April 2004 to January 2006. Michael D. Cooke earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law between 1977 and 1980, and previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Drury University, where studies occurred from 1970 to 1974, as well as attending the University of Iowa in 1974-1975.
