Andrew Farr

Andrew Farr currently serves as the Commissioner of Public Works for Halton Region since November 2020. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions, including Commissioner of Public Works, General Manager of Water and Wastewater, and Director of the Water Division at the Region of Peel from February 2002 to November 2020. Andrew began the professional journey as a Project Engineer at Earth Tech Canada and Simcoe Engineering between April 1999 and April 1999. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completing studies in 1997.
