Aaron D. Bernstein

Aaron D. Bernstein, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager at Halvik since November 2023. Previously, Aaron held the position of Vice President and Senior Program Manager at Leidos from July 2015 to April 2023, where responsibility included managing the Department of Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization, a significant program valued at $4.3 billion. Before that, from 1996 to 2015, Aaron worked at SAIC, advancing from Program Manager to Vice President for Program Management, leading diverse teams and managing substantial technology development programs. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Old Dominion University, completed between 1979 and 1984.
