Halyard is a highly skilled multidisciplinary engineering company with services including: site studies, design, procurement, cost control, program management, implementation, construction management, and commissioning predominately in the mining, minerals processing, and utilities sectors.
At Halyard, Co-op students play an important support role in both the engineering and business support sides of the company. This position will interact with all levels of the organization and be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that expose them to all sides of Halyard’s business. The Process Engineering Intern will be grounded in the process engineering department, but will also work with the Drawing Office Manager & other designers and discipline engineers to complete day to day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with discipline engineers to support various projects as directed.
Execute assignments and tasks delegated for completion and execution.
Provide additional engineering support and add input when required.
Help to produce project documents using AutoCAD.
Gain an understanding of the details and aspects of Halyard’s business related to mining, minerals processing and management.
