Dinara Shynybekova

Dinara Shynybekova has over 15 years of experience in finance and consulting, currently serving as a Manager at Eurasian Development Bank since December 2016. Previously, Dinara held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at JSC Halyk Bank from 2010 and worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from October 2007 to 2010, where responsibilities included tax consulting and contributions to the Global Financial Services Industry group. Dinara holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Business Economics and Public Policy Economics from KIMEP University.
